June 14-15, 2008 Writing From Life ($100 for members; $125 for non-members)

Registration/Payment Deadline: Friday, June 6. We must receive your registration and payment by this date!

You can pay online (electronic funds transfer or credit card) or by check. Payment information can be found on the next page, after you submit the form.

If you pay online, your registration will then be complete. If you are paying by check, your registration will be complete ONLY when we have received your payment in our office. We will confirm receipt of your check by email. Since enrollments in our writing events are limited, we cannot accept payment at the time of the event.

If we must cancel ANY workshop, your full fee will be refunded.
